1. Product Overview
The R0212 is a 3000VA (2400W) high-frequency online double-conversion UPS bare board, specially developed for UPS manufacturers, industrial control equipment manufacturers and energy storage equipment manufacturers.
The product adopts a DSP full digital control system with pure sine wave output. It integrates a complete set of circuits, including AC-DC rectification, DC-AC inversion, intelligent three-stage battery charging, bypass switching and multi-level protection.
Featuring a standardised PCB bare board design, high-power heat dissipation aluminium heatsinks, high-quality filter inductors and high-voltage electrolytic capacitors, the R0212 provides stable power conversion and excellent electromagnetic compatibility performance.
It is suitable for the development of built-in uninterruptible power supply systems and can be integrated into equipment such as servers, precision instruments, laser equipment, medical equipment and industrial control cabinets.
The product supports external battery expansion for extended backup time, is compatible with generators and unstable wide-range mains input, and provides an RS232 communication expansion interface for convenient intelligent monitoring system development.
2. Four Standard Operating Modes
Online Inverter Mode
The mains power is continuously rectified and regulated before being converted into clean AC output through the inverter. It effectively filters grid interference and provides stable, clean power for precision loads.
Battery Backup Mode
When mains power fails or becomes abnormal, the system switches to battery inverter power supply with 0ms transfer time, ensuring uninterrupted operation of connected equipment.
Bypass Maintenance Mode
When an internal bare board circuit fault occurs, the system automatically switches to mains bypass supply, keeping the load powered while allowing the main unit to be serviced.
Frequency Conversion Output Mode
The output frequency can be configured between 50Hz and 60Hz, meeting the power supply requirements of overseas instruments and imported equipment.
